Nel 2003, al termine di una riunione dei ministri del Governo Berlusconi, emerse l’indicazione che Pasquasia potrebbe essere uno dei 20 siti nazionali individuati dal governo.
Il timore che dal 2010 a Pasquasia finirebbe anche le famigerate HLM di terza
generazione, ossia le scorie la cui radioattività decade nel corso di migliaia di anni, viene pubblicato nel dicembre del 2007 dal giornale “l’Ora Siciliana”.
In questi giorni, una serie di incontri tra i tecnici dell’Italkali ed i rappresentanti delle provincie e l’assessore all’industria della Regione siciliana, hanno ventilato la possibilità di una riapertura della miniera e per un rilancio dell’attività estrattiva.
Il 20 febbraio il Consiglio dei Ministri ha approvato il Decreto legislativo “Attuazione della direttiva 2006/117/EURATOM relativa alla sorveglianza e al controllo delle spedizioni di rifiuti radioattivi e di combustibile nucleare esaurito”.
Il 24 febbraio il primo ministro Silvio Berlusconi e il presidente francese Nicolas Sarkozy hanno firmato a Roma un accordo per la produzione di energia dall’atomo. Se l’Italia si prepara alla produzione dell’energia dall’atomo, avrà il problema dello stoccaggio delle scorie, e Pasquasia, per caratteristiche naturali, diventa un sito importante.
La preoccupazione sui tanti quesiti posti negli anni sulla miniera, ed i suoi misteri, la preoccupazione per la salute della popolazione in una delle aree più deboli del Paese, sia economicamente che rappresentativamente, pone dei livelli di attenzione maggiori.
Per esperienza secolare, gli abitanti di quelle terre hanno beneficiato sempre di uno
sterminio operato dalla cupidigia e dall’interesse dei potenti.

A Bali i locali di notte contribuiscono a rischiarare a giorno alcune vie e renderle sonoramente tonanti. A volte tale percezione la si ha per contrasto, quando la serie delle scie luminose si interrompe improvvisamente per la chiusura di un locale o per una piccola porzione di spazio lasciato vuoto che, per pochi ma intensi tratti, ci spinge nel buio. A Bali, di notte, la luce trionfa in spazi definiti e ben circostanziati come il nastro lungo e variopinto della Legian a Kuta. Ma subito dopo si sprofonda nella semi oscurità e nel silenzio. Tutto avviene di notte, per contrasti, anche forti. Già, anche il silenzio viene periodicamente interrotto dal passaggio delle motorette o dei taxi.

La chiesa di Santa Limbania sorge nell'area di Castelvero, all'estremità sud-orientale del paese, su un imponente sperone roccioso che domina il corso del fiume Orba. Luchino Ferari seem to belong, Gianfranco Cuttica writes of Revigliasco, even "the frescoes decorating the apse at the bottom of the right wall and the center representing the Madonna and Child with Saints Sebastian and Rocco, two other saints on the left side (and repainted) and on the right side Sao Paulo and Santo not well identified, very spoiled. "

The double title, in agreement with the few documents of the founding, shows that originally there were two churches in Sale distinct: San Siro was the original church, located outside the village, Santa Maria a dependency within the country. Fra i temi affrontati oltre a quello all'ordine del giorno sull'immigrazione, la sicurezza, il federalismo fiscale e la riforma del corpo di polizia provinciale.
"Dobbiamo prendere i treni finchè passano puntuali, in orario,come ora, e il treno della Lega va preso al volo..."Queste le parole che hanno chiuso l'intervento del candidato in pectore alla presidenza della provincia di Alessandria.

“Nei giorni scorsi sono stato a Santa Croce di Bosco Marengo per seguire i lavori di restauro e per vedere, ancora una volta, le pale del Vasari…qualcosa di eccezionale”.
Cuttica di Revigliasco si è poi recato, durante lo scorso fine settimana a Casale, per una fitta serie di impegni elettorali. Ha approfittato per far tappa a Sant’Evasio, duomo della città, ma è rimasto profondamente deluso dalla gestione dei musei cittadini.
“Non è possibile che il museo chiuda alle 18.30, quando, durante questa stagione, la gente inizia ad uscire di casa. E’ assurdo. Mi hanno gentilmente chiesto di uscire perché in orario di chiusura: ore 18.20 di domenica. E così ho dovuto rinunciare all’allestimento del museo civico, che esponeva i restauri del Portale rinascimentale di Santa Maria di Piazza. Stesso amaro discorso vale per il Castello che alle 19.00 di sabato aveva già chiuso i battenti”.
“Queste cose sono assurde- prosegue Cuttica di Revigliasco- il mio impegno sarà a 360° , e non soltanto per la salvaguardia e il recupero di these buildings, but especially to make public their use.
